You need an account to download what you buy—it is where your library lives. Keep your password to yourself, give us an email address you actually read, and tell us if you think someone else got in. Accounts used to redistribute files may be closed.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is handled by PayPal—we never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once PayPal tells us the payment went through, and your download unlocks right after that.
Everything here is a digital file—nothing ships. Your resources stay in your account library, and each download link is generated fresh and expires shortly after you click it. Some resources have a download limit, shown on the product page.
Each purchase comes with a personal license for one educator. The details—what is allowed, what is not, and how school licenses work—are on the license terms page, which forms part of these terms.
Digital files are delivered immediately, so refunds work a little differently. Our refund policy explains when we replace a file and when we refund an order.
We do our best to keep descriptions accurate, previews honest, and the store online, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may add, update, or retire resources at any time; a resource you already bought stays in your library at the version you purchased.
If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after it is published. Orders you already placed keep the terms that were in force at the time.
